Tour Group Rules

• Children must be accompanied by chaperones at all times. There must be at least ONE (1) ADULT PER TEN (10) CHILDREN, AND A (1) TO (1) RATIO OF ADULTS TO CHILDREN UNDER FIVE (5) YEARS OLD. Chaperones must suprvise children and prevent them from leaving the group, causing damage to the museum, touching the exhibits, and becoming unruly.
• Please advise if you plan to eat upstairs in our banquet room. Note: There is an additional $30 fee for all groups. All groups are responsible for clean-up.

• We can acommodate a maximum of 60 persons (students and chaperones) per tour. For groups in excess of 60 persons, be prepared to have additional guests wait until they can be accomodated. If museum accommodates more than 60 persons, tours will be abbreviated to meet time limit.
• Please be on time. A typical tour lasts one hour. If you are late, your tour may be shortened due to other commitments scheduled after your appointed time. PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY AFFECT FUTURE SCHEDULED RESERVATRIONS WITH THE FIRE MUSEUM.
