Returns –The Fire Museum of Memphis will accept returns on gift shop and online purchases for 15 days from the date of purchase. Clothing items can be returned if they are unworn and have not been washed/laundered. Items that have been worn and or washed will not be able to be returned. Toys and other souvenirs will be refunded if they are still in the original packaging. A valid receipt is required for ALL returns.
Exchanges – Within 15 days, clothing items can be exchanged for another size of the same item if the item has not been worn or laundered. If the same item in another size is not available, then you will receive store credit via a gift card. Toys and souvenirs that are not clothing, are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds – Full refunds will be issued for items that meet the requirements listed above under returns and exchanges. All items must be returned within 15 days of their original purchase date. Refunds will be made to the original form of purchase and in the case of cash will be in the form of store credit on a gift card. No cash refunds will be given.
Shipping – For items purchased online, returns and exchanges will be accepted as stated above. However, shipping of items back to the gift shop will be at the customer’s expense. If new items are ordered, shipping will be charged for those orders. The Museum does not provide free shipping or free return shipping on any order.
