After hours and weekend rental costs:
- $1,800 For 4 hours - $900 due at time of booking
- $2,000 For 6 hours - $1,000 due at time of booking (Does not include set up time) Set up can be done the day before if the room is available. $500 Nonrefundable cleaning fee required before the event.
All parties must conclude by midnight. Any party that goes past midnight will be charged $250 per half hour.
Weekday Business Meeting Rental (Between 9:30am-4:30pm):
- $500 For 4 hours - $250 due at time of booking
- $700 For 6 hours - $350 due at time of booking
- $250 Nonrefundable cleaning fee required before the event
Nonprofit Weekday Only Rental (must provide proof of 501c3) (Between 9:30am-4:30pm):
- $500 For 4 hours - $250 due one month before the event
- $700 For 6 hours - $350 due one month before the event
- $250 Nonrefundable cleaning fee required one month before the event
*Weekend Rental will be at the regularly listed rates.
